75 Tremont Street

Impact Advisory Group (IAG) | Virtual Meeting

Tuesday, June 28, 2022 | 06:00 PM - 07:30 PM

The 75 Tremont Street IAG Meeting originally scheduled for 6/22 has been rescheduled for 6/28 at 6:00 PM. If you have already registered for the meeting, there is no need to register again.

The BPDA is hosting a public meeting for the proposed project at 75 Tremont Street, a project located in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the overall project, the potential impacts and mitigation for the project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Impact Advisory Group (IAG) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.

The proposed project would include approximately 70 homeownership units in a building of approximately 74,853 gross square feet, with 61 garage and 13 surface parking spaces, widened sidewalks, open space, and related amenities.
