EEA No. 16320 - Enterprise Research Campus Project, Allston Final Environmental Impact Report

On behalf of Tishman Speyer ERC Developer, L.L.C. (the “Proponent”), I am pleased to submit the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) Project for continued review under the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA). As described in the previous MEPA filings, the proposed project is located on an approximately 14-acre parcel at 100 Western Avenue in the Allston neighborhood of Boston, MA.

In light of the COVID-19 response the MEPA Office is accepting and allowing electronic filings for distribution to state agencies and other members of the public, as required.
