80 review process for the proposed project, which includes an opportunity for you to learn about the project, share your written comments, and attend a public meeting. Notice of upcoming public meetings will be posted on the

website and sent out as soon as possible.
The following description has been provided by the development team:
The proposed project is to construct a new four story residential development upon an 11,525 SF lot on the corner of North Harvard Street and Easton Street in Allston. The Proposed project will comprise 43 residential units including 14 vehicular parking spaces
and 44 space bike rooms located below grade.
The public is encouraged to submit comments about the
proposed
project. The current comment period is open through Monday, March 9,2026 , and you are encouraged to share your questions and comments. After the conclusion of the comment period, staff will review feedback and determine next steps. Proposed
projects and plans often go through multiple rounds of review. For any questions or concerns related to the comment period, please reach out to the Project Manager below.
