Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer to join our CMDB Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role involves ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of CMDB data to support various IT service management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure the ServiceNow CMDB, including CI classes, relationships, and attributes.
• Implement and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors to populate CMDB data.
• Integrate CMDB with other IT systems and tools.
• Develop and maintain CMDB health dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define CMDB requirements and ensure data quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on CMDB.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Configuration Management.
• Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow development technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) preferred.
