SEMILLA is a modern Gastro-Pub featuring tapas and small plates as well as a giant porterhouse steaks and various seafood. There is an emphasis on organic food including several gluten-free specialties.  Chef/Owner Frederic Joulin is there nightly preparing world class cuisine for his loyal local guests; and has been doing so for almost three years.  With local draft beer and original cocktails, Semilla's main focus is to provide the best food prepared with organic farm products and offer a friendly service in a cosy atmosphere.
