Glass & Vine: At the helm of this garden oasis in the heart of Coconut Grove’s Peacock Park is star chef Giorgio Rapicavoli, known for his work at Coral Gables’ lauded Eating House, Food Network Chopped champion, FORBES 30 Under 30 list-maker and a James Beard Award semi-finalist. Executed by Rapicavoli, the modern Floridian cuisine is a marriage of simple, fresh flavors infused with his creative techniques. More recently, Rapicavoli jumped behind the bar to concoct the concept’s bar program – featuring new libations using pantry items such as carrots, ginger, citrus and freshly-squeezed juices – which make for the perfect flavor profiles to enjoy al fresco. The exclusive cocktails, designed to pair beautifully with the restaurant’s sweet and savory selections, can be enjoyed at the 200-seat space situated in the heart of Peacock Park. Glass & Vine features indoor and outdoor seating, large Tuuci umbrellas covering all exterior dining areas and a state-of-the-art air circulation system to keep diners cool year round at one of South Florida’s hottest dining destinations.

First Course

Watermelon Salad- lime crema, cotija, toasted corn, cilantro

Sweet Potatoes- “huancaina sauce”, queso blanco, lime, cured egg yolk

 

Second Course

(Choice of)

Grilled Octopus- nuoc cham, cashews, coconut cream, cucumber

Pork Secreto- aji panca, charred scallion, grilled lettuce

Grilled “Little Gem” - roasted garlic yogurt, soft egg, grana padano, black pepper (vegetarian)

Served with family style Cauliflower

$45 (cash) includes tax, tip and one glass of red or white wine.

Glass & Vine is located at 2820 McFarlane Road in Coconut Grove. 

Valet parking is available in front of the restaurant on McFarlane Road.
