Urgent request for finalizingdates

Dear friends and colleagues:

Greetings from Albania where I am gathering in Tirana with some leaders from Albania and Kosova in our BILD/Udha network.  I am enjoying the warm spring weather here in Tirana.

I am writing because you have begun to receive information and to see dates posted for our annual gathering concerning the work of the gospel among the Albanian Diaspora here in North America.  Our plans last year began with an intention to be in both Philadelphia and New York, but logistically here we find it best to focus on Philadelphia with the emerging churches here.  If we all find it satisfactory we would like to focus on New York in 2015 after laying some more groundwork during our time together this year. We can decide that together in the days ahead and I hope to have a conference call in the next week upon my return to the US  

In general, we are hoping to see our gathering move beyond that of ministry workers among Albanians in general to become inclusive of the churches and believers themselves for a time of worship, mutual encouragement and strengthening.  With a number of a churches and believers in our region here, we should be able to get a good start on that this year in Philly and in addition have a time where we can meet as leaders for sharing and encouragement in leading the works with which the Lord has entrusted us.  

Right now we have set the dates for August 21-24, focusing on the leadership during Friday and then with the broader time of encouragement, teaching and worship on Saturday and Sunday.  There is some discussion right now as to whether those dates are best for all. 

I would like to ask that you 'reply all' to me and let me know if that weekend works and if other dates will work into the end of September, when the weather in the Northeast still remains favorable. We are trying to make it a time available for the most, and airfares after Labor Day may help that as well.  As June has just begun, we hope that there is time to make an adjustment, but we need to confirm this quickly or your plans and the logistics on the ground here in Philadelphia.

Please respond if you will by Tuesday, June 10th so that by the end of next week we can get this nailed down.  As a team here in the east, we hope this isn't too late, and again, would like to see as many brethren come together as can beginning this year as a movement, and growing next year as well.

I have tried to include in my email, but please feel free to forward it to others who you see need to be included and copy me as well.
