The Alternatives to Violence Project in Fairbanks is offering a basic training workshop to bring more people into this valuable program to reduce violence in our communities. Details below, and in the attached flyer.

Transform Conflict: Basic Level Alternative to Violence Project Workshop.

Build Communication Skills
Practice Creative Conflict Resolution
Affirm Ourselves & Others
Experience Community Building & Cooperation

When: May 8-10, 2026

Friday 5:15 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Must attend entire workshop to earn certificate.

Cost: $75.00

Scholarships are available

Light snacks and beverages will be provided.

Location: Fairbanks

Specific address will be provided after registration.
