I think the opportunity for a protest might be 10:30am-noon AK;  the panel session is listed as 10:45-11:30amAK. 

Be careful, as the feds are ramping up threats and action against protesters. Try to be aware and choose what level of risk you are willing to take. 

There are many places and ways to express values and concerns.  

Event location is 1435 30th Ave, Fairbanks. 

Entrance to the event for a day is $125.
