Dual Monitoring?

Hello all. Can anyone tell me if Alarm Traq can do dual monitoring of
a DS1? I want to be able to monitor and be alarmed on a T1 that is
connected to an Avaya system. I am being told this is something that
Avaya has to "turn on", but am looking for an alternative.

AlarmTraq can notify you of any alarm sent via INADS.
The trick is telling your switch to send T1 errors to INADS. You need
permisssion to use the "set options" command. usually this requires
"INIT" permissions.
