We trying to capture just alarms that are related to a loss of service
on circuits. To increase out time to repair.
More often than not, if we lost a DS3 we would not have to wait for
discovery.
Since we still pay Avaya for enhanced service, nobody wants to ask
Avaya to change alarm reporting options and potentially generate more
than what Avaya is paid to support. Not to mention the devices that
are configured in translations and not in production (projects/hammers/
etc)
So as to not flood Avaya with alarms and maybe even causing Avaya to
ask for more money.
Any suggesting as to which alarm options fields would be appropriate
and not send more than we need?
