Hey Guys, is there any way to get a manually cleared alarm to give an
email notification and web notification of being cleared? Once in a
while an alarm is cleared while a tech is dialed in and the all clear
is not dialed to AlarmTraq. You can manually check the cleared box but
there is never an all clear email that goes out and on the web browser
there is no indication that the alarm has been cleared. By the way, we
really like the latest web interface, nice job. Thanks.

AlarmTraq will only send the email whern it receives an "ALL ALARMS
RESOLVED" message from the switch either by INADS modem or SNMP.
