IATA World Cargo Symposium 2009 March 02–March 05, Bangkok, Thailand   The third IATA World cargo Symposium combines the theme of 'Focus on the customer' with the need for the cargo supply chain to operate and compete in increasingly turbulent times. Economic uncertainty prevails, together with escalation of fuel price, new security regulatory requirements and environmental concerns. In such unsettled times: What does the customer expect of the air cargo supply chain? What are the safety, security, and environmental regulatory demands on the chain? How can the air cargo supply chain respond in meeting customer requirements and regulatory demands?
