SharePoint Front End Designer experienced in migration of documents from external source (shared drive or any other Document Management System) to SharePoint 2010.

 

Required Skills:

 

• Well versed with “out of the box” web parts.

• Experience with front end / presentation layer development eg. HTML, CSS and JQuery, Javascript (jQuery), Ajax, Silverlight.

• Branding: master page creation, page layouts, CSS settings, themes, logo design, XSLT, HTML, CAML, XML, ribbon customization.

• Extensive SharePoint Designer Experience with Data Form Web Parts, XSLT, Workflow

• Considerable experience setting lists, libraries and custom views, eg. Content Editor Web Part, Data Form Web parts

• Development experience preferred eg. user controls, site definition, and custom webparts.

* Should have NET 3.5 development experience

• Ability to work with the client object model using client side development technologies such as Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, ASP.NET, ADO.NET

• Experience with Content Management including Document Libraries and metadata.

• Experience with migration of files into SharePoint

• Experience with Metalogix migration toolset

• Experience with Remote Blob Service (RBS)

• Document and Record Management

• Experience with Enterprise Content Types, Content Type Hub, Managed Metadata, and information architecture.

• Knowledge of SharePoint authorization such as permission levels, groups, and user profiles

• Experience with SharePoint 2010 Enterprise Search services, crawler configuration, and scopes

• Customer Service orientation

• Oral and written communication skills

• Presentation Skills

• Training experience for end- and power-users
