Job Title:  Lead Business Analyst / Sr Business Analyst / Busines Analyst (3 positions)
Location: Detroit, MI / Somerset, NJ
Duration: 6 + Months

Responsibilities:
Technical expertise and ability to support and develop using PeopleSoft Tools.
Monitor, communicate, and remediate batch/online job processing and performing.
Communication and coordination of project milestones with end-users.
Ability to document tasks, resources, and requirements.

Coordinate testing with IT and functional users of all software/hardare upgrades and fix/patch applications.
Security and External Audit Administration of of PeopleSoft Environment (Finance and Human Resources)
Resource is responsible for completing BRFR deliverables for the Client.
The job duities include discussions with Business Users and Information Technology resources.
Completing Business Requirements and Functional Requirements in accordance with client methodology, as well as obtaining IT and Business signoff's.
Client expectation for Functional Requirements is quite detailed. Accordingly prior experience as a software developer is preferred.
 
Qualifications:

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent subject matter experience/learning
Strong analytical, technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills
Provide Production/Development Support in a demanding Information Technology environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization
Strong teamwork skills, including the ability to interact with internal departments and external software vendors to accomplish task resolution.
Must show aptitude for working in a technical environment

Desired Skills:
1-2 Years Prior Software Developer Experience
5-10 Years Experience Strong Business Analysis Skills
Good Business Sense

Develop tools to support the migration of PBM client benefits.
Elicit business requirements, develop functional requirements and test cases. 
Work closely with Business and developers.

Mandatory Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
Experience: 5-7 years in similar role
Must have at least 5 years of business analysis experience in a technical (software development) environment and solid background with functional and process analysis techniques.
Must be able to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Project )
Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with varied levels of customer and internal business and technical personnel.
Business process modeling, process flow diagrams - risk assessment, business impact analysis
Experience with Non-functional requirements
Business Process Modeling
Experience with the Full System Development Life Cycle
Experience with onshore-offshore models
Requirements gathering experience
Strong UML, Use Cases, Activity diagrams
TCO and ROI analysis
Health Management or PBM industry

Desired:
Previous pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred, but not required.
