Duties
Brief Description of Duties: The incumbent supports the Housing
Resource Administrator to establish the IZ and ADU compliance program,
ensure and monitor compliance of the administrative rules,
Declaration of Covenants, regulations, Zoning Orders, and District
laws regulating IZ, as well as PUDs, and ADUs in the District of
Columbia. Assists in the execution of management for the IZ lottery
as Inclusionary units become available and in the management of the
databases related to the IZ program, and provides reports and other
monitoring activities. Performs site visits as necessary to
guarantee continued compliance with existing regulations. Provides
administrative support to the Rental Conversion and Sale Division and
the Rental Accommodations Division, as determined by the Housing
Resource Administrator. Performs other duties as assigned.
