Hi Gerard, all,

thanks for that - i will try to integrate this all this weekend, with the
things i'm supposed to add + what i have from Jarred and Matt to provide a
version back to you all by monday for further iteration.

Apologies for not entering into the mailing list debate up until this
point but i've been travelling for the past couple of weeks and only
really just back at home base!

Looks like excellent text so far in any case!
