Since this survey is totally anonymous, please be fully truthful with
your answers. In addition, several questions give you the chance to
respond in essay form. We would love it if you really took the time to
write more than just a couple of sentences in response to these
questions since these "long form" answers give the survey a personal
touch. They give you the chance to tell us in your own words about
your unique experiences and your unique personal history. We feel that
these questions are something that really sets this survey apart and
hope that you will feel encouraged to write a lot. (There's no word
limit!)
PLEASE NOTE: This is a dynamic survey, meaning that the computer is
smart enough to only ask you questions that are relevant to your
situation. For instance, if question 10 asks you if you have ever
kissed a frog and you say no, then you may be jumped to question 12
because question 11 is only for those people who answer yes to
question 10.
So don't be confused or think that anything is wrong if you see that
the question numbers sometimes skip. This is perfectly normal and
allows you to avoid having to waste your time answering questions that
are not relevant to your situation.
