Engage students in STEM with FIRST® LEGO® League

FIRST&reg LEGO&reg League (FLL®) is an international inquiry-based program for children ages 9-14 that grows their interest in science and technology through an exciting, team-based, competitive event that includes a research assignment, a robot game, and a life skills project.

FLL is a partnership between the nonprofit organization FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) and the LEGO Group. It had its first season in 1998, and now over 230,000 students from 80 countries take part.

FLL participants gain rich experiences in science and technology by building and programming LEGO MINDSTORMS&reg Education robots that compete to solve a challenge. They gain and apply skills in smart design, mathematics, mechanics, critical thinking, problem solving, and more!
