I know this is a change in mindset for many chiros and others who do
body work, but the only time you need to rest and recover is when
something worsens the body.
If you correct the body, why would it need rest?
This is leftover stuff (ideas) from methods that change the body in
unpredictable ways -- sometimes bettering the body, sometimes worsening
the body and sometimes changing configurations with no net change in
overall function.
The only time the body would need rest and recovery time is when you
have worsened it. Period. There are no excuses.
the thing you are doing is improving the body so the person can do
anything they want to do without having to think about its effects on
their bodies.
