It could be fun for members to send in pics they recommend (Highly -
or NOT at all) to represent the AN group.
Possibly a tag line also.

How about "The world fills my empty shoes."

I think it's a tribute in honor of Ganesha, the principle of
meditation. That's the feeling I get anyway. That, and the interplay
of various living beings. It seems to point to the interconnectedness
of everything.

Oh yeah, and of course what would any new-agey multimedia presentation
be without the whales?

:O)

To me the pictures evoke a feeling of the unthinking beauty of
expression that is nature........of which we long to partake, yet can
only experience thus, through music and art, as a reflection of the
beginingless and endless beauty of the empty 'unthinkingness' we have
within ourselves....and are.

It touches on the totemic tradition of animal deities, and reverses
the usual attitude of mankind's dominance over, or superiority to, the
'beasts of the earth'.

Yes, the whales have been a bit over-done of late.......like an
outworn cliche, idea or concept.......or a murky cloud of second-hand
imagery in the mind.
