    .

    Avoidable sorrow.

    Go to the source.

If it’s a pain in your back you must find the root cause and work with it
    to reduce its affect.

If it’s a sadness because of the loss of a loved one, or perhaps for the
    ignorance of human greed.

Either way you must go to the root cause. Human sorrow is self-made.

You only have to rewire your hard drive, or as Buddha says, retrain or
    undo the mind.

    Example –

All humans are on a spiritual journey. Many don’t know this because they
    are, as yet not ready.

Each human is an essential element of an intelligent universal expansion. This
intellect created you, me and all that manifests in this moment.

Each tree and each solar system equally supportive of this intelligent
    universal expansion.

Sorrow is then understood as only a human failure to see the elegance of
    the whole picture.

Good and bad is human judgement, the lions and tigers know nothing of good
    and bad.

This dual judgement is our way of trying to perpetuate a constructive human
    social order.

This knowing enables the individual mind to rise above sorrow and focus on
    Life’s real treasures.

In each of the above case the obstruction has to be understood and
    appropriate action taken.

Life is a journey of learning for the soul. Master the self and you
    master all that can be.

    .
