Report Data in dummy Publisher Account

Hi,
Is there report data associated with the dummy publisher account.
Using the sandbox, I login using my developer email and password and
the clientId "ca-pub-1744271982572164" but I keep seeing the following
error:
Unable to resolve the 'client_id' header.
Any help you can offer is much appreciated. Thanks.
