3. Not For Beginners: AcroYoga with Daniel Scott - USA (Sa, 9. Mai, 9 - 14h)

Zeitplan: Sa, 9 - 14h mit Pause
You’ve learned the basics, and now you want more. Daniel has no plans to waste your time with fluff or nonsense. This Master Class is an exercise in finding truth through shared movement. This is not about showing off how great you think your practice is. It’s about showing up, ready to rock and constantly refine your skills and abilities.
We will focus on a series of transition and calibrations to refine stillness and flow, Practice these, get better. Bottom line.
Please do not come to this class if you answer yes to one or more of the following:
- I am a beginner to AcroYoga, and am not confidant flying or basing any of the fundamental poses (Front Plank, Back Plank, Side Star, Throne, Star).
- I do not know what spotting is.
- I value speed over grace.
- I am only a flyer.
- I am only a base.
- I will take it personally if Daniel asks me to choose between only spotting or leaving because I have not accurately accessed my skill level.
- I am unable to communicate my needs effectively and with compassion, or receive the efforts of others doing the same.

4. The Yoga of Yoga with Daniel Scott - USA (8. - 10. Mai)
Not all yogis are created equal. Daniel Scott is one of them. And because he just cannot be without Viennese coffee and fresh mountain air, he will be coming back to share some of his latest yoga tricks with you.
Offering a fresh alternative to the traditional “yoga voice”, Daniel Scott’s classes are mix balance and improve strength and flexibility, breath and body. Daniel focuses strongly on moving into postures, not through them.
Enjoy a weekend to explore the Yoga of Yoga and, as a cherry topping, a delicious Yogi brunch with him.
