Title: Accounting/Financial Analyst (Bismarck, ND) - 7365

Location:  Bismarck, ND

Duration: 3+ Months contract

 

 

Required Skills:

·         Minimum of one to two years of accounting and/or Accounts Payable experience preferred

·         Must have an understanding of balance sheet and income statement accounts as well as accrual accounting and GAAP

·         Capability to create formulas, ranges, functions, charts and links as well as the ability to format and manipulate large spreadsheets

·         Word processing skills such as creating tables, footnotes, charts and graphs

·         Database skills such as creating tables, defining relationships, developing queries, linking and importing data

·         Strong communications skills expressed through conversation, instructing, written memos, written work instructions and flow charts

 

Daily Work Description

•       Responsible for the general upkeep of systems

•       Coordinate system based projects that enhance the integrity of the databases

•       Provide business and technical support to internal and external customers

•       Prepare, analyze, and monitor monthly control reports for Accounts Payable

•       Provide first-line support for Accounts Payable and related processes
