what language internet protocols are written

just tell me in what language internet protocols are written?we need
to use a proper compiler like prolac or what in order to support that
language?

Any way, i don't know what you mean by protocols, if you mean what
language we write web pages with, i think your answer will be html ?

thanks for your reply frnd....i itself found the answer it was written
in a highlevel languages like c,c++and java...xml also
applicable ..prolac is a sort of high level language that can act like
a compiler to support this high level languages.

a protocol isn't written in any specific language, (except of the English language).
protocols are a set of rules and specifications that describes the behavior a client and/or a server SHOUD implement to "understand" each other.

these set of rules and specifications may be written in English, since it's the language of the globalization.

Protocols are written in C/C++/Java. Like the p2p protocols necessary to maintain peer-to-peer connection.
