To move to your D drive - you should just be able to drag and drop folders from the C drive over...unless the D drive is protected.

For the Java run time ones - you can delete all of the older ones and just keep the current.  I tend to keep the newest and the one prior - just in case I hit a website that's behind the times and may not work with the new version.   I really wish Java would fix this - it's been annoying me for years that it doesn't clean up it's own stuff.  I wouldn't move it to another drive though - I'm not sure your programs would know where to find it.  You could try and move it - and if you run into problems, move it back or reinstall it fresh and delete the d drive version.

The Java updates - I'd leave alone until the time comes to delete Java 6.
