DAOs - False Positives & Negatives

Naval, in the screen shot below, the first three hits are valid but the last two are not.

With respect to the Department of Defense hit, I see that it shows up because it includes many references to "CDAO".  So the query logic must be falsely ignoring the unwanted "C" on "CDAO" as well as the required "s" on the actual query term "DAOs".  It seems to be favoring recall versus precision.

Also, these two files are not yet showing up in a full-text query for "Hypha":

The first of those two doesn't show up in a "DAOs" query either, even though it contains that acronym.
