OCTOBER 31 - NOVEMBER 4, 2021 PHOENIX, ARIZONA, USA istfaevent.org   Registration Technical Program Event Information Exhibit Information   ASM International and EDFAS are ‘ALL IN’ for ISTFA — October 31–November 4, 2021, in Phoenix, AZ.  ASM International and EDFAS are ready to provide the forum for the industry to get back to business and meet safely in person. Our top priority remains the health and safety of all those who support the event on-site. We have protocols in place and are working with the Phoenix Convention Center, the City of Phoenix, and our vendor partners, to provide a safe environment for a successful in-person event.  There are a lot of questions about attendance, protocols, and what to expect. First, as we are all aware the landscape changes daily and we are all doing our best to navigate through the latest information each day. One thing we know, industry is ready to get back to business and connect in-person. The BIGGEST QUESTION – Attendance.   ·        Covid-19 will impact attendance. ISTFA will still be a quality event with quality attendees. ·        ISTFA will connect customers with colleagues they have not seen in over a year and help them meet new ones, as the show is one of the first industrial events being held in the United States after the pandemic.  ·        It only takes one connection or order to gain ROI.  ·        The event is committed to meeting safely, networking, conducting business, and allowing for those personal connections in a face-to-face environment.  ASM and EDFAS are committed to holding ISTFA 2021 and will not be cancelling the event. Our members want a platform to conduct business face-to-face and it is our job to support that with the conference and exhibit. We have been “all in” from the beginning and continue to be.  ASM and EDFAS are committed to transparency.   ·        Industry events are tracking between 40-50% below typical attendance, according to the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR).  ·        There will be minimal international participation due to travel restrictions, which makes up 20% of attendance historically.  ·        ASM will follow all city, state, and federal requirements to make sure we provide a safe environment for our shows. We will keep our exhibitors and attendees updated on these safety measures. Currently masks are recommended in indoor settings.   We want to thank our members, exhibitors, speakers, and committee for their ongoing support. ASM and EDFAS are looking forward to bringing the industry back together in a few weeks, for the first time since November 2019.    REGISTER TODAY!
