AXAPTA VS TALLY

With Axapta competing in mid-ERP market in India/Asia,
let's contribute atleast one differentiating point of Axapta over
Tally.

To start (do the BONEY) with Ganeshji's name:

In tally the vouchers can be deleted at any time and the subsequent
vouchers are shifted upwards to accomodate the missing voucher number.
With this the voucher numbers are always in sequence BUT the posted
transactions have their voucher number altered !!! Great gap as per
best practices and non-compliance to Sarbanes_Oxley.
Wheras in axapta the voucher numbers on posting are fixed.

Although work is being done on Axapta 4.0 for voucher number allocation
at the time of posting, it's currently in Axapta 3.0 at the time of
creation.
