Hi David and Aaron,

I write on behalf of the Religion and American Cultures Caucus, which
is doing some pre-conference networking to encourage more scholarship
on religion at ASA this year. Currently, I have two really strong
proposals on religion and war, but I need at least two more to make a
panel. Could you please circulate this call among your members or pass
along the contact information of folks you think might be interested?

I am searching for two panelists on the topic of religion and war for
the 2012 ASA Annual Meeting, to be held in San Juan this fall. The
topic can be considered broadly, and scholarship on religions other
than Christianity are encouraged. Please send a 2 page CV and
abstract of up to 500 words to rbarr...@bethelks.edu promptly.
