[SoA Careers] Book Recommendations?

Hello,

I'm seriously thinking about undertaking a post graduate degree in
archives. I have started a voluntary placement but want to know if
there is any good introductory reading I could undertake that would
give me a good overview of the Archives sector, or some of the more
techinical background to it. DOes anyone have any good
recommendations?
Also, are there any good online articles I can access?
