MALIBU 

 KILLED     

GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN - MURDERED!!!

ADORABLE, YOUNG GIRL MALIBU HAS BEEN GIVEN THE KILL  COMMAND. SHE HAS ONLY HOURS TO LIVE. 

Malibu is highly social, wiggling and wagging her tail at everyone who  looks her way.  Wiggly, little Malibu, only 2 years old, she was picked up as a stray, from the streets, but wanted to interact  with staff, and has complete trust in humans. . She loves treats, and is very food motivated. At her assessment, Malibu approached her handler readily, sand sniffed around the room for treats.  She accepted contact and handling with a neutral body. and followed the handler readily during a jog.  She did great with the assessors. This adorable  smart, woggly  young girl  who loves people has so much potential, 

But ACC doesn't care and is going to kill her.

PITAYA

 KILLED--JUST A PUPPY

KILL COMMAND!!! PITAYA!!! 1 YR OLD PUPPY!!!  HE HAS ONLY HOURS TO LIVE. 

 Pitaya was terrified when brought into ACC in a crate, but he quickly became soft and neutral, and went up to the handlers,  He is fine on walks, and takes treats gently.

Just a year old,  this puppy was found wandering the streets alone and confused.  Scared ast first, he has started to accept treats and connect with familiar faces. There is  something so tender about him—something that tells you, he just wants to feel safe..   This sweet sensitive boy is is  healthy and still full of potential. 

Pitaya is just a baby whose life should be beginning, not ending. 

But ACC doesn't care and is going to kill him.

NYC ACC LISTS "EUTHANASIA" AS THE FINAL OUTCOME. THESE ARE THE FALSE WORDS ABOUT THE DEATHS OF MALIBU AND PITAYA,, COVERING UP THE TRUTH. "EUTHANASIA" PROPERLY REFERS TO THE KILLING OF A TERMINALLY ILL OR SUFFERING ANIMAL (OR HUMAN) WITH NO HOPE OF RECOVERY. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO MURDER.  DT
