| The show stars: Dhaya Lakshminarayanan: A Hindu who grew up in Alabama trained as a scientist/engineer. She won Comedy Central Asia's "Ultimate Comedy Challenge" and ON24’s virtual comedy competition. She has appeared on WGBH, KQED, and CBS. She is a favorite on NPR's "Snap Judgment." Samson Koletkar: World's only Indian Jewish standup comedian. He won the 2010 Asian American Theater Company Comedy Competition, has performed at clubs, colleges and corporations in India, Canada and 12 states in U.S. & has been featured on Asian Jewish Life, Indian Express, NBC, CBS and NPR. Shazia Mirza A trained biochemist, born and educated in England, daughter of Pakistani immigrants, and winner at the London Comedy Festival. Imran G A Muslim Indian-American has placed in the Giggles Comedy Competition and won Walk The Plank Comedy Competition. Mona Shaikh A Pakistani New Yorker is the founder of MuslimsDoItBetter.com and has been featured on BBC and Washington Post. | |
