Hi everyone, 

I'm writing to invite you to a fundraiser I'm co-hosting for MotherCoders, a new SF-based non-profit that provides moms with a tech orientation program designed to on-ramp them to technical careers in our new economy.  

Proceeds generated from ticket sales will directly fund their pilot program, which will provide on-site childcare for a small group of moms while they learn basic computer programming and expand their understanding of the technology landscape.

Date: Saturday, November 23, 2013

Time: 10:00 a.m. to noon.

Location: NextSpace/NextKids

     365 Vermont Street
     San Francisco, CA 94103

Tickets are $50 per adult and free for kids.  And as a friend of mine, I'm going to subsidize your ticket to help a great cause, so it will be just $25 if you want to attend or contribute!

This event is being co-sponsored by NextKids, the site of the MotherCoders pilot program.  NextKids is a new division of NextSpace that offers on-site infant and toddler full-day care - including snacks, diapers, and great play-based learning care.  I hope you'll come support MotherCoders, eat some tacos, and check out NextKids.
