Hello all,
This looks like an interesting conference to attend. I don’t know any more than what is written below but there is a link to their website. - Farzana

I/M/MIGRATION, the 2007 Bellarmine Forum
http://www.lmu.edu/page20459.aspx

October 29 - November 2
The 2007 Bellarmine Forum will focus on the themes of migration. Migration is one of the most important social processes in the world today and touches every facet of our collective and individual lives. As the world’s largest receiving nation of migrants, U.S. has been transformed by global migration, and as one of the most important gateways, Los Angeles is an important site for critical reflection and dialogue. The Forum invites scholars and activists, individuals and organizations, and artists and policy makers to examine migration from all of its critical vantage points, including social justice, human rights, and global responsibility.

Send all email inquiries to bellarm...@lmu.edu.
