Subject: [Naturalization Working Group] SIGN-ON LETTER for FY12 USCIS Appropriations--Help Save Integration and Fee Reform Funding
To: naturalizatio...@lists2.democracyinaction.org

(Apologies for cross-posting)

Attached is a letter the Forum has drafted citing our concerns about the DHS Appropriations bill that was marked-up by the DHS Subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee on May 13.  The bill contains no funding for refugee and asylum processing, and no funding for the Office of Citizenship.  Details were described in my previous e-mail.  We will circulate this to members of the Appropriations Committee, and we would like to send to all Republican and Democrat House appropriators for the full committee by this Friday, May 20th.

For those of you who can, please sign on to this letter by COB Thursday May 19.  The bill is on a fast track, and the full House Appropriations Committee will consider it on Monday.  To sign on, reply to ADAM SALAZAR asal...@immigrationforum.org.
