It’s not about radio traffic that’s why CP closed this case but MNT4799 is facing Abis fluctuation due to NIC card, so CP acceptance not applicable on this exceptional case. So plz try to resolve this issue on priority.

Site was attempted on Thursday 20th Oct  NIC card got replaced, and again issue re-occurred and raised by you on Friday 21-Oct. After that issue discussed with OMCR (to get history) and LTAC and after analyzing thoroughly, LTAC recommended to perform “STATION UNIT TEST” to know either issue is at site or BSC end.

 

I will keep you posted for the outcome of the activity.
