Dear Classmates,

I just noticed that the reunion info is on the ALHS website at:
http://www.altalomahigh.com/alumni/index.html

I also found this site: http://altalomahighschool.org
It looks like it is free to join, so it might be a good way to keep in touch.

I am really starting to dislike those pay sites that let you join for
free (classmates.com, reunion.com) and then send way too many emails
trying to convince you to join.

But, on the other hand I wouldn't mind getting a few more emails from
this group :)

It's nice the way some people have filled out their profile. You can
add to or edit your
profile any time you feel like it (hint, hint).

I've been wondering if the fact that the group is public makes people
less likely to join and or interact. If you think making the group
private (only readable by members) would be better for the group
please let me know.

Sincerely,
Darryl Scroggins

Hi Darryl,

Thanks for keeping in touch with us all.  What do you think about finding a site (maybe you already have) that will allow us to share photos, etc.  I truly enjoyed the conversations; although, short for the most part, with my old school mates.  It would be fun to be able to share our lives, both past and present, with everyone.  Just a thought!  It would be cool to have a photo gallery at the reunion!

Joyce

P.S.  attached is a recent photo with my son and me at a TaeKwonDo testing trial.

A lot of people interested in this type of thing set up a Yahoo group.  I belong to several, like the Backcountry Horsemen of Nevada.  I'm sure it's really easy to set up, someone just has to agree to moderate it.
