Testing

Dear Classmates,

I invited about 110 people to join this group. I used old email
addresses but I would have thought that some of them would have still
been good. I was thinking that with the internet and email finding
and keeping track of people was going to be a breeze. I'm starting to
get discouraged.

Please encourage any classmates you know to join the group. They
should be able to go to
http://groups.google.com/group/ALHS1979 and join from there.

I bought my ticket to the 76-78 reunion so I guess I'm going. I
couldn't talk my wife into going but she said I should go. I hope to
see some of you there.

Why are you going to a class of 76, 77, 78 reunion ? I'm not clear as to when ours is and with what classes joining us.

Dave,

Our 30 year reunion should be the Summer of 2009. There is a reunion
coming up Saturday, July 21, 2007 for the classes of 76, 77, and 78.
Brian Henderson is heading it up and he said anyone from our class
that wants to attend is welcome. They just have to go to
greatreunions.com and buy a ticket.

Realize that there is a big difference between replying to an
individual and replying to the group. If you reply to the group (in

Hey I have gotten info on the reunion on July 21, and I told Darryl I would help on our 30 yr. Are you going to the one on the 21? I am planning on it. I hope to see ypu there. How are you? What are you doing? Are you a coach, where? I am a teacher in Palm Springs. Write back.

What up? How the heck are you? Our 30 Year ? I thought we'd only been out for 15 years or so. I'm not going to the one on the 21, though I do know of some who are going, am not sure if I'm going to ours either? It's a long way from now to know where I'll be. We could talk forever about what we've been doing for the past 20 years or so, but that would take along time. Not sure if this email is going out to everyone on the list or just you. If just you , then no problem ,we can stay in touch, I don't think everyone else needs to know all that I've been through. I am so happy you're a teacher in beautiful Palm Springs, we love to go their. Oh yes I'm a coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers..........I WISH, nope, just for my kids at school and little league.

I have my masters in Marriage and family counseling and work at a methadone clinic in Murrieta now. I'd like to go to our 30th too. Is Alford your maiden name or did you have another last name? I lived in cucamonga for 27 years and went to central elementry school cucamonga jr high and alta loma. my best friend was debbie spinelli and we still see each other. I am also brian henderson's and his brother bo's sister in law. JUlie

     Alford is my maiden name.  I was married, but alas, am now divorced.  I remember Debbie and definitely remember Beau.  I also attended Cucamonga Jr. High and then Chaffey H.S. for my freshman year.  I transferred to ALHS as a Sophmore.  You might remember me best as the twiggy, goofy twirler.
