Fine tuning set up plan at SASREF beach camp for Hari Raya

As salam...as per the whatsapp..

Had a chat with Hj Soji last nite. He had bought some decorative items..pelita..lampu kelap kelip...I had ready many ribbon ketupat..and I belive KKem will come up with the banner. Hj Soji propose to use all these to do a prop up that serves both as bacground for photo session and after lunch it will be the stage for the shows. Its a good idea. This will be at the men hall with sofa covering the full perimeter of the men hall where the show is.

The heavy food will be served at tge building beside..which is the dining hall. However at the men hall where the show is we will serve lighter food i.e. Kueh dan buah2an. Hope Hj Arqam can help to coordinate this to supervise the serving set up and coordinate KKem logistic support.(Hj Arqam had agreed...many thanks).

The crowd control e.g. Pulling them for the show will be done by Hj Sazli with hailer.....welcome comments and penambah baik..
