Hello All,
This is Norm Paxton, former President of AGBell-Utah.  I am sending this as a courtesy notice to anybody that is on any of my former lists for AGBell - leadership, membership, conference attendees, etc.
This is an important notice regarding the former AGBell website, (DO NOT CLICK:  www.agbell-utah.org)
It has come to my attention that the domain now links to an "adult site".
If you have, are responsible for, or are aware of any links to the old website, I recommend swift action to remove any links to the old website.
How did this happen?
When the AGBell-Utah chapter revived recently, a decision was made to claim a new domain name (agbellutah.org) and not renew the old domain (agbell-utah.org).  I am uncertain of the reason (unawareness of the old name?  Inconvenience of transferring domain ownership? other?)  At this point it is irrelevant.  Once the old domain name was not renewed, it became available for whoever would pay the registration fees.  At this point, the domain name is rightfully owned by another party, and we can do nothing about it.
The concern is that there are links from other websites (think Utah Parent Center, blogs, other), printed material, business cards, memory, etc, to this old website.  Please be diligent in cleaning up any links that you are either manage, aware of, come across, etc, pointing them to the new domain (simply removing the '-' from the domain name:  agbell-utah.org -> agbellutah.org.

Thank you.

-Norm
