THE GOOD NEWS:
I have FINALLY managed to get back into my
ticalc.org account, and I
have uploaded SBv1.6a6, and made a note about it being a major
improvement and update to a FEATURED PROGRAM. Perhaps that will draw
some attention?
And think, the last version at ticalc (1.5) has no integrated asm
compilation, no status bar, no settings/preferences, out of date and
messed up tutorials, no status bar, restrictions on function-call
usages, and other things since fixed.
THE BAD NEWS:
A sudden loss of power followed by a sudden RENEWAL of power to my
computer has left the hard-disk in a state where all it can do is
clear its throat very loudly. That means that all the progress I was
making for version 1.7 is probably GONE!!! I do not quite remember
what I was changing beyond that I was fixing a ROOT problem with
conversions between bytes & words which created FALSE errors with
shifting and referencing. When I go over that again, I swear, the * /
% ops are a SMIDGEN away; they are 95% percent coded in!! And the &&
|| ops will follow. Anyway, I do not think I made TONS of progress
with 1.7 since school has kept me busy. But hey, bring on the 2-4
week gap of nothing-better-to-do after this one!!
(BTW, if anyone had half a hint of what I said I was fixing in 1.7
beyond what I just said, that would be nice to know)
