Final Reminder: 2022 ACT Junior Rapid Chess Championships - Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd April

Hi Everyone,

Just a heads up that Shaun Press and I will be running the 2022 ACT Junior Rapid Chess Championships this Thursday and Friday at Campbell High School.

This new title event is run over two days, with separate events on each day:

Day 1 (Thursday 21^st April) features the ACT Under 8,  Under 10 and Under 12 Rapid Championships and the ACT Girls Rapid Championship.

Day 2 (Friday 22^nd April) features the ACT Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 Rapid Championships.

You cannot enter more than one event per day (e.g. you can't enter the Under 8 Championship and the Girls Championship as they are held at the same time on the same day). You can enter one event on each day (e.g. Under 12 Championship on Day 1 and Under 14 Championship on Day 2).

With 21 trophies in total and currently only 33 entries, there's a decent chance to take home a prize.

Please note that masks need to be worn by everyone inside the venue.
