The ACT Junior Chess League presents the 2026 ACT Rapid Chess Championship.
This event is suitable for all eligible players who can confidently move the chess pieces around the board. Chess Clocks will be used.
When: Sunday 9th August, 13:00 - 17:00
(Registration 12:45, Prize giving 16:45)
Cost: $35 per child ($30 for a ACTJCL member)

Format: 7-round Swiss tournament (All players compete 7 rounds except
when pairing byes occur.)
Time control: 15 minutes per player per game
