ACT Championships - Amended Schedule

For those playing in the upcoming ACT Championships, please note that the afternoon rounds start at 2.30pm, not 3pm as I previously advised.

   ACT Championships 

                   Friday 28th - 31st May

  (an ACT Chess Association event, not an ACTJCL event)

Format: 7-rounds, FIDE/ACF Rated Swiss Format 

Venue: Campbell High School, Treloar Crescent, Campbell ACT 

Schedule:                       

Friday 28 May - Round 1 7:30pm  

Saturday 29 May - Round 2 10:00am, Round 3 2:30pm 

Sunday 30 May - Round 4 10:00am, Round 5 2:30pm 

Monday 31 May - Round 6 10:00am, Round 7 2:30pm 

Time Controls: 90 minutes per game with 30 second per move increment from move one (Fischer) 

Director of Play: FIDE International Arbiter Shaun Press (shaun...@gmail.com if you need to request byes. NB Half point bye only available in rounds 1-5) 

Cost: $60 (adult)/$45 (junior/concession)
