Austin Rental Market continues to improve

After being a sorta crappy market for a while now, Austin's rental market
has been steadily improving. That's great news! Here's some recent data.

For months now they have been reporting on how things are continually looking SO good in Austin,
and specifically in our region up North around all this new high end retail and office space going
in off of Mopac and the surrounding area.
