Bed Bug Pest Control Best Practices

Hi everyone,

We have a policy in place that if a building has bed bugs then we have to see proof that the building had pest control come out to treat the building. One of the buildings we visit has claimed that they done pest control. It is not clear if they did themselves or a professional came out to do it. My question is does spraying for bed bugs work? Or is a heat treatment the best practice? Thanks for your help in advance!
