Outreach flow chart

Hi all, 

At this year's conference, Aurora Public Library shared their outreach flow chart and I'm wondering if anyone else has something similar that they can share? I'm preparing for upcoming maternity leave and realizing a lot of things live just in my head and need to be documented!

Hi Erin,

 

Flow chart of what? Services and procedures? How to evaluate routes, etc… High Plains has one on how we handle requests from outside organizations. It is included here. May not be super relevant because of the way our org is set up, but if you have questions on how it works in practice, let me know!

This is awesome. Would you be willing to share your departments org chart? I see Mobile Services Manager and Outreach Manager Iin your procedures here. Are these two separate positions? Thanks for sharing!
