I don’t have either of those systems, but I can tell you how we do it!
If someone puts it on hold for pickup at our Mobile Library (and it’s not a patron we “know” already), we give them a call and ask. We then put their stop information in a field in our ILS. We actually do this for our home delivery patrons as well! We use the first phone field and put:

When holds come in, we put them on the ML. We give people a month to pick them up, but most don’t take that long.
